”The condom broke” is usually not something you want to hear after having sex for the first time with your current significant other. And when it is followed up a few weeks later by ”I'm pregnant”, well it's usually not the beginning of a fairytale story. The last thing the two had been prepared for was a child, especially so early into their relationship. Yeah, they definitely liked each other a lot and had waited almost a year to finally have sex (for some reason unknown to their friends), but to get pregnant from it? Oh man, that was some sick Joke, at least Victor thought so. So when he asked if she was both kidding and if the kid was even his, well it's safe to say Morgan broke down in the tears and broke up with him right on the spot. She was twenty years old and pregnant, she wasn't about to be joking about such a serious matter. Victor had felt terrible about everything that had taken place, and begged Morgan for three weeks straight to take him back. He tried everything he could think of, tried to make her know he would be there for her and the baby no matter what. The two eventually worked things out and got back together, knowing that this was something they needed to face together.

When Morgan was four months pregnant, she and Victor tied the knot in a very small, close family and friends only ceremony. Victor dropped out of school in order to get a job so the two could get a decent apartment while Morgan decided she would at least finish up the year since she wasn't due until September. The Delmino's moved into a two bedroom apartment in Tarrytown, New York, a place they would go onto leave until Morgan became pregnant a second time. It was on September 21, 1992 that Harrison Rocco Delmino was brought into the world at Phelps Memorial Hospital Center. Although Victor and Morgan were around about becoming parents as soon as their son came into the world they had felt like they had made the right choice. Right before Harrison's first birthday Morgan found out she was pregnant a second time, she was both thrilled and sad at the same time. She was just going to finish up college that December, and although she had wanted more kids she wanted to wait till she was a few years older. Victor assured her everything would be fine, and in early 1994 Harrison got a sister by the name of Dianna Terese Delmino.

Growing up the Delmino children had it decent, both their parents worked hard to prove for them as well as give them an enjoyable childhood. For a long time it almost seemed like they were the happiest family ever, but looks can definitely deceive. The constant bickering became too much for both Victor and Morgan and with having two children they figured it be best to call it quits. The two basically had begun to hate each other and didn't think it was fair to their kids to continue to witness the fighting. So when Harrison was 10 years old, his parents filed for divorce and Victor moved to Dobbs Ferry in order to stay close to his child and to make the shared custody easier of them with school and everything. The last thing they wanted to do was make the kids choose, so they figured it out that until the kids were 18 they would live officially with Morgan and could spent 2 to 3 nights at Victor's house of their choosing a week. It worked out for a while, they mostly did weekends at dads house and sometimes would do a weeknight if Victor had the ability to get them to school the next morning.

Harrison was a fairly decent student, but he often liked to thank his best friend Ollie for that. They met in pre-k, Harrison found it rather amusing to torture the girl. However, as the years progressed the two continually were placed in the same classes and began to call each other best friends. Ollie was basically another sister in his life, his partner-in-crime, the two were always there for one another. Harrison felt like it was his job to protect her, even if she didn't need him too. The two went through everything together: parental arguments, relationships and break-ups, bad grades and mistakes, it was them till the end. Making a pact midway through their high school career, the two decided not only would they attend senior problem together but would in fact loose their virginity to one another. They figured there would be no strings attached, they were best friends, and it wouldn't be something they'd regret and feel awkward about later on down the line. So senior prom they went through with it, but mutually decided it was best to be kept between just the two of them.

It was during his senior year of high school that his father finally remarried. Her name was Beth Carter and she was pleasant enough, the only complain that both Harrison and Dianna had was the fact she was twenty-five. Upon graduating high school, Harrison was accepted into Pace University and was looking forward to the next chapter of his life. He went onto get a new job at Applebees and move out of his parents homes and into a place with his good friend Colby.
